We use heat in many of our products to make cutting, scooping or planing easier! A heated knife cuts through many foods much easier and lighter. A microlayer melts, allowing you to slide through the cheese, for example.

No. The products have been developed in such a way that only a micro layer melts during use. That very small melted layer makes it much easier to plan, cut or scoop!

Yes! All our kitchen tools can be used wirelessly and rechargeable via USB-C.

Most of our products have extra added safety features to prevent unsafe situations from arising.

Our heated kitchen tools have a child lock and switch off automatically after a few minutes.
Our automatic knife has a sensor that ensures that the knife only turns on when someone is holding it.

It remains important not to touch the metal parts before, during and after use because they are sharp or hot.

We try to ship orders placed before 6:00 PM on workdays on the same day, so that you receive your order immediately the next day. Of course, it may happen that we or the delivery person do not achieve this, sorry!

We ship with PostNL as standard, including track and trace.

Sending to a home address costs 6.95 at PostNL

Yes! Once we have shipped the order, you will receive a PostNL track & trace code with which you can track your package.

You can track your package with Track&Trace. We have no influence on the delivery time after we hand over your package to PostNL.

Has your package still not been delivered after a few days? Please contact us and we will find out what went wrong.

Return

Sometimes it's not really your thing, it can happen!

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We will then refund the purchase amount to your account. The product must be returned undamaged.

Once we receive the returned product, we will check it. If everything is in order, we will refund your purchase amount. It may take up to 14 days for everything to be processed.
